EMDR Intensives are perfect for people looking to supplement weekly therapy or for those who cannot fit weekly therapy in their schedules. This alternative format gives you deep, long-lasting relief from trauma in a shorter period of time because more time can be devoted to trauma processing. They can be an adjunct to current treatment, so you can continue with your current therapist while receiving the trauma relief needed to progress further in your healing.
